Possession of Firearm by Convicted Felon
On January 11, 2020, at 2:28 am, the Franklin Police Department Communications Center received a call of shots fired in the 900 Block of Pretlow Street. Upon arriving, units heard a shot fired and a vehicle leaving the scene at a high rate of speed.
An investigation led to the arrest of one of the individuals, Duwayne Faulk of Franklin, who was charged with Possession of a Firearm by Convicted Felon, Fleeing from Law Enforcement and Driving without a license. Faulk was taken into custody on January 12, 2020 without incident and is being held at WTRJ with no bond. The investigation is ongoing.
