Special Operations

The Special Operations Division is responsible for community outreach programs, neighborhood watch, and Project Lifesaver.  Special Operations is also responsible for overseeing special events and coordination of new employees.

Special Events

Special Operations oversees special events such as:

-parades,

-bike Races,

-foot Races,

or any special event that would require police presence.

Recruitment

Special Operations coordinates and conducts all tests for new employees to include:

-physical fitness,

-written exams,

-oral boards.

The Special Operations Sergeant is the primary recruiting agent for the department.
